The hotel had a fantastic location right across from the Royal Exchange, making it easy to access shopping and attractions. The decor felt fresh and modern, and the hotel had a welcoming vibe. Checking in was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. Our room was generally clean and well-lit, and the amenities included a big shower, which I loved. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing at times, especially when we could hear a TV through the thin walls. We also faced some issues with the WiFi connection being inconsistent and the TV not functioning properly. The breakfast options felt limited, and I would have appreciated more variety. Overall, there were great staff members who were friendly and helpful, but the noise disturbances and connectivity issues took away from the experience. I'd consider returning if some of these points were addressed.

Our recent stay was enjoyable, especially with the hotel being within easy walking distance of shops and attractions. The decor was stylish and gave a cozy vibe, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, making checking in a breeze, and always greeting us with smiles. However, we did notice it could get a bit noisy at times, and there were some cleanliness issues in the room that could be improved.

I appreciated the easy access to nearby Piccadilly Gardens and the National Football Museum, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable and convenient, and there's great value for money for such a central spot. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, ensuring my stay was comfortable despite a minor issue with the elevator smelling a bit unpleasant.

I loved the cozy vibe of my Standard Queen Room, and the nearby hot tub was a great way to unwind after exploring. The only hiccup was the hot water not being as warm as I’d like it, but it didn't spoil my stay. Pro tip, take advantage of the close proximity to the tram for easy access around town! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the comfy bed and the lovely city views from our room. The hotel also had a sweet little lounge area and a cool rooftop space for relaxation. The only downside was the parking situation, which was a bit misleading, but it didn't ruin our time. 😊
